Hi I'm Meg. I am a year 11 student at Bournside School who has completed a level one btec in leadership and has helped out at kkc for over a year and a half. I enjoy playing different sports with the children- particularly parachute games- and also love making arts and crafts with them!

Hi I'm Claire, I am a SEN TA and class TA at Lakeside. I am also currently studying a BA Honours Degree in Education Studies.
I thoroughly love supporting children of all abilities, ensuring they can reach their full potential; encouraging a positive mindset and self belief. Most importantly helping them to have lots of fun!!!

Hello I'm Isabella! I'm 20 years old and when I'm not in Cheltenham I can be found in Scotland, where I am currently at University. I love working at KKC, thanks to the wonderful staff and fantastic children! A fun fact about me is that I love acting- I've taken a show up to the Edinburgh Fringe Festival and also appeared in a BBC soap so I'm always more than happy to participate in a game of make-believe!

Sophie is a primary school teacher and currently teachers in Cheltenham. She has a real passion for working with young children, and inspiring them to be the best they can. She is a role model to the children and always takes the time to get to know the young people that she works with.
Prior to teaching, she played handball for Great Britain in the run up to the 2012 London Olympics. She loves to use her knowledge and understanding of health and nutrition to educate and inspire young people.
Sophie has a degree in Sports Coaching and Physical Education.
Sophie has also worked in a nursery and completed many courses, including first aid, safe guarding, numerous coaching courses and was runner up for a school sports award for South Gloucestershire.
She cannot wait to use all her expertise and experiences at work with children at Keen Kids Can!
Keen Kids Can is a new and exciting holiday club that provides care for children aged 4 - 12 years.
Staff are professional and do their best to ensure every child has a fun filled, action packed, healthy day.
It is a great opportunity for children to meet with other children of similar age too.
Starting from £15 for a half day and £19 for a whole day.
You can either book half days (4 hours) or whole days
(9 hours). The day will run from 0830-1730 every week day.
Keen Kids Can is based at Lakeside Primary School on Hatherley Road (Please see CONTACT US page for a map).
There is plenty of parking for dropping off and picking up.
How to book
Please call or email for bookings or more information.
A registration form and Consent from, along with full payment must be received prior to attending.
What to bring
You should send your child with lots to drink and a packed lunch if they are there for the full day. There will be a short break for a snack both in the morning and the afternoon. Please make this a healthy snack!
Please also ensure your child has sensible clothing and footwear for the days activities.
Child care vouchers
We now take a variety of childcare vouchers and if we don't take the one you use, please let us know and we will do our best to register with them.
The future of Keen Kids Can...
The long term vision for the club is that we eventually are able to take children on residentials. We would like to look into activity weeks, both home and abroad, as well as the possibility of ski trips!! Any thoughts on this would be welcome.
